Eligibility
Smart Monitoring is offered only on properties we have fully verified, and only within an approved written scope.
Installation & connectivity
Installation depends on site conditions, power availability, and mobile / broadband connectivity. Solar and SIM options are recommended where required and quoted separately.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Weather, connectivity outages, power failures and third-party network conditions may affect availability.
Privacy
Cameras are positioned to monitor the customer's property. You are responsible for ensuring installation complies with applicable local laws and does not intrude on neighbouring private spaces.
Data retention
Recording retention depends on the plan you select. Live viewing and motion alerts remain available for the active subscription period.
