Our physical inspections are visual, evidence-based assessments performed by our field team at a specific point in time.

What an inspection is

• A physical visit to the property boundary you identify.
• Date-stamped photos and video from that visit.
• Observations about visible boundaries, structures, encroachments and general condition.

What an inspection is not

• Not a legal boundary determination, land record verification, or title search.
• Not a guarantee that boundaries you point us to are the correct legal boundaries.
• Not a certification of ownership, legality or absence of dispute.

Where reasonable, we will note the source of information and clearly distinguish direct observation from third-party accounts.
