NRI Land Check serves Non-Resident Indians worldwide and delivers land verification services for properties across India. Customer privacy and the security of sensitive land documents are core priorities of our business. Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, WhatsApp number, and country of residence.
- Property details you submit: location, survey or plot numbers, extent, current status, and related notes.
- Documents you upload for verification, including land and identity records.
- Communication history with our team, including support and consultation messages.
- Payment metadata. We do not store card details; payments are handled by our payment processor.
Sensitive land documents
NRI Land Check understands that customers may provide highly confidential land and identity documents as part of the verification process. These documents are handled with strict confidentiality and are used solely for delivering the requested land verification services.
Examples include:
- Sale deeds
- Title documents
- Encumbrance Certificates (EC)
- Pattadar passbooks
- Revenue records
- Mutation records
- Survey documents
- Property tax documents
- Identity documents, when required
- Property photographs
- Videos
- GPS information
These documents are never sold, rented, or used for marketing purposes.
Access is restricted only to authorized personnel directly involved in delivering the requested service.

Data retention and secure deletion

Unless otherwise required by law, requested by the customer, or needed for an active dispute, all customer-uploaded land documents and other sensitive verification documents are permanently and securely deleted within 30 days after successful delivery of the requested service.
This includes:
- Property ownership documents
- EC copies
- Revenue records
- Identity documents
- Survey records
- Photos
- Videos
- Supporting verification files
Only the minimum business records required for invoicing, customer support, and legal compliance may be retained.
Security
Customer information is protected using industry-standard security practices, including:
- Secure cloud infrastructure
- Encrypted communication where applicable
- Restricted employee access
- Role-based permissions
- Password-protected systems
- Regular security monitoring
Only authorized personnel working on your case may access the documents you submit.
Third-party sharing
