Nature of service

NRI Land Check provides independent land verification, monitoring and development-support services. We do not buy, sell, broker, negotiate or register land, and we do not act as a real-estate agent.

Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Payments & activation

All paid services begin only after (a) an admin issues a payment request, (b) you complete payment, and (c) our team manually activates the corresponding package.

No guarantees

Reports represent our honest, evidence-based opinion at the time of inspection. They do not constitute legal advice, title insurance, or a guarantee of legal status.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
